By using this website or contacting Alteration Experts, you agree to these Terms and to the lawful use of the site. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit a project inquiry.

Scope of Services

We provide tailoring, alteration, remodelling, and upcycling services by appointment, subject to garment inspection, material assessment, and workshop capacity. Any scope described on the website is general only and may be limited by the condition, construction, and available fabric of the garment.

Quotes and Payment

Project pricing is based on a review of the garment, requested work, and any materials that must be sourced separately. A deposit may be required before work begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those confirmed at the time of booking or collection.

Project Conditions

Any estimate, concept, or completion indication is provided in good faith only and may change after inspection or during the work if the garment condition, fit limitations, or material availability require it. We do not guarantee same-day completion, exact colour or material matches, or an exact fit or silhouette.

Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, and layout are owned by or licensed to Alteration Experts and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain rights in your own garments and materials, but any design concepts, notes, or working methods created by us remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Disclaimer of Liability

Clause

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and we do not guarantee that repairs will be invisible, that designer value will be preserved, or that any garment can be restored to a particular condition. Cleaning, stain removal, dyeing, and specialist textile treatment are not included unless separately confirmed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Hong Kong, and any dispute arising from the website or our services should first be raised with us in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts in Hong Kong.
